Professional and Modern Website for a Brand Strategist

ELEQUEST COMMUNICATIONS

Claire Miller, the Personal Branding Consultant behind Elequest Communications, specializes in building strong, memorable brands for professionals. This project was a collaboration with Jennifer Bardem of Jen-X Website Design and Strategy. It was my first time teaming up with another web designer, and the final result was truly stunning; a seamless blend of our skills. I created the logo, mood board, and home page design, while Jennifer crafted the brand messaging, website strategy, and copy. Together, we transformed Claire's online presence.

Before the redesign, Claire’s website struggled to make an impact. It lacked cohesiveness, relied heavily on stock images, and featured an outdated logo. The site didn’t clearly communicate who Elequest Communications was or the value it provided, making it challenging for visitors to connect and convert into clients. Claire needed a website that reflected her professionalism and expertise while inspiring trust in potential customers.

A Brand-New Look and Feel

I started with a fresh logo design. The lowercase sans-serif font immediately grabs your attention, while the all-caps serif font adds a sophisticated touch. The light blue accent draws the eye and gives the design a modern yet approachable feel. This thoughtful typography choice and blue highlight effect became the foundation of the entire website, tying everything together beautifully.

Claire’s muted blue color palette initially seemed understated, but with some strategic tweaks, it became a design asset. By balancing light and dark shades and incorporating thoughtful design elements, I gave the colors new life. This project is proof that even a subdued palette can shine when paired with the right details.

Cohesive Imagery and DESIGN

To maintain a professional, polished aesthetic, I curated most of the images from Haute Stock’s collection (use code JESSICA15 to save 15%). These images aligned perfectly with the color palette and evoked the professionalism and elegance central to Claire’s brand. The visuals also complemented the strategy and mood boards that form the heart of her work.

Features That Drive Conversions

A key addition to Claire’s new website was a lead generator, the “Personal Brand Visibility Audit”. Jennifer wrote the copy, and I designed a layout that tied seamlessly into the site’s overall aesthetic. To maximize visibility and conversions, I highlighted the lead generator in the hero section, complete with images to showcase the value of the content.

Claire’s new website is professional, cohesive, and strategically designed to convert visitors into clients. It presents her as a trusted expert who creates impactful, professional brands for her clients. The transformation reflects her skill and expertise in personal branding while positioning her as the go-to consultant in her field.

With her refreshed online presence, Claire now has a site that works as hard as she does—engaging visitors, growing her business, and building lasting connections.
