User Friendly and Engaging Website for an Israeli Tour Company
TWINS TOURS
Twins Tours is a tour company in Israel that focuses on scheduling tours, selling courses, and promoting weekly webinars. Previously, they had three different websites for each component, which was entirely too confusing for customers. They were losing a lot of people by directing traffic from one website to another. Instead, they needed ONE place for customers to find all of the information about Twins Tours.
They had previously paid a lot of money to a company that promised a good design, but left them high and dry. So, I was eager to take over and deliver a product they were proud of that would increase their brand.
Not only did they need a site that was easier to navigate, they also needed a site that was visually captivating to convert site visitors into customers. During the pandemic, they turned their focus from in-person tours to virtual content (courses, virtual tours, etc), so having a website that made money was of utmost importance.
I started with a professional color palette using two contrasting shades of blue. Blue was chosen since it promotes feelings of confidence, trust, and intelligence. The heading font was carefully chosen to tie into the ancient, historical component of their brand, but still remains eye-catching and professional.
They now have a website that promotes their course, Twins Tours Academy, and includes an easy booking system for virtual tours. We also incorporated a lead magnet and drip campaign to grow their email list and increase their conversion rate.
Their new website has proven to be a success. They're no longer losing customers by sending them out the door and to another website. Their book sales and membership courses have increased, as well as both in-person and virtual tours.
